Good morning! We are almost finished with the first month of 2016! Here is a tasty juice recipe that works great for anyone just starting a juice journey and or someone not quite ready for strong vegetable juice just yet. – Tip: start with the green vegetables you DO like and gradually add more green vegetables from there. Spinach is a great start and less strong compared to collards. If you are trying to lose weight, keep in mind the more sugar you add can hinder your weight loss goals. High sugar fruits include pineapples, grapes, mango, and even very bananas! Citrus fruits make fabulous #fatburners!! Remember to drink water to maximize the benefits of juicing!! – #letsgetjuicy #juice #juicing #juicingforhealth #detox #detoxjuice #cleanse #beautyfood #greenjuice #juicerecipe #plantbased #health #healthyliving #fitmom #bloated #fitness

Instead of taking antibiotics, I decided to treat my sickness homeopathically. This is my own #greenjuicerecipe: COUGH & COLDS REMEDY 6 dalandan* 4 carrots 4-6 kale leaves* 2 2-in-chunk turmeric* A dash of cayenne pepper A dash of ground cinnamon A dash of ground turmeric Makes 2 cups. You may substitute dalandan with orange or better yet, grapefruit which is loaded with vitamin C & bioflavonoids, especially in the white pithy part. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is another immune cell #superfood. You may add ginger or substitute turmeric with it if you only have colds. Cayenne pepper acts as a decongestant, expectorant & thermogenic agent to help you lose weight! The same with cinnamon. You're welcome. #juicingwithInez #juice #juices #juicerecipe #juicerecipes #juicecleanse #greenjuice #greenjuices #greenjuicerecipes #Hurom #health #healthy #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthylife #nutrition #wellbeing #wellness #yourhinez #organic #homeopathy #homeopathic #homeopathicremedies

It is common among #poledancers to get bruises. If you bruise easily though, you are probably deficient in vitamin C. Vitamin C & bioflavonoids work together to help strengthen capillary walls. To improve your intake of vitamin C, eat foods such as berries, lemon, lime & dark greens such as kale & parsley. This #greenjuicerecipe was inspired from last night's pole session. I call this the: #POLE #DANCER'S DRINK 1 cucumber, peeled if not #organic 1 handful of parsley 4 dark green leaves, such as collard, chard or kale 1 cup blueberries (thaw first if frozen) 1 apple (green is lower in sugar) 1 lemon or lime, peeled if not organic Serves 1. I ran out of blueberries & used frozen blackberries instead. Ran out of kale so I doubled the amount of parsley. I used a green apple, a lemon & added 1-in-chunk ginger for its fat-burning property. #JuicingwithInez #Hurom #juice #juices #greenjuice #greenjuices #juicerecipe #juicerecipes #greenjuicerecipes #juicecleanse #poledance #polefitness #poledancer #polehealth #health #healthy #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthylife #nutrition #wellbeing #wellness #yourhinez
