Before: I was 23 when I started, 5’5’’, about 150lbs, bodyfat was probably around 28-30%.
After: I am currently 27, still 5’5’’, I stepped on stage at the Arnold just a few weeks ago at 7% body fat.

What Changes Did You Make At The Start Of Your Fitness Journey?
Well, working out with weights obviously haha. I only really ever did cardio before, and learning to lift weight was new to me. As well as the new idea of dieting, and learning how to pair my food for maximum benefit.

Siliana Gaspard’s Workout Routine
I never know my routine. I work with my trainer, John Sherman, who changes our routine every day, and always keeps my body guessing.
1) Abductors: 50 x 5
With Dumb Bell Back Lunges: x 20
Bosu Ball Taps: x 40
2) Bosu Ball Squats With Box Jumps: 10, 20, 20
20 Jumps: x 5
Kettle Bells x 30
3) Light Squats: 20, 18, 15, 12, 10
With Froggie Squats Down/Back: x 3
4) Leg Press: 20, 18, 15, 12, 10
With Lunge/Squat: x 4
5) Hammies Extension: 20 x 5
With DB Romanian Deadlift: x 20
With Sumo Squats Dumbbell: x 40
6) Cables/Lying Leg Curl 20, 18, 15, 12, 10 on each, then switch x3
When Did You Start Seeing Results?
As soon as I became committed and followed the diet! Roughly a month in.
How Did You Stay Motivated?
I am extremely competitive and always want to be the best and win; staying motivated isn’t an issue. I just think of being on stage, and the other girls on stage, and that I want to win. =)
What Was It Like Being A New Mom & Balancing A Fitness Regime?
It was hard to feel ok about taking time for “myself” to exercise and be away from my son. So I found a trainer who allowed me to bring my son with me in his car seat, and we would bring him with us from machine to machine. Or if he was sleeping, we would put him in the next room so he could sleep, but I didn’t feel bad because I was right there with him and if he needed me, I was literally a few steps away.
What Does A Typical Day Look Like For You?
They are never really the same. I work, have my son, train, but I do not have a 9-5, so I pretty much make my schedule as I like. I see my trainer, see real estate clients, take my son to his after school activies and make dinner. In between there I get cardio twice and a lifting session.
How Do You Feel After Completing Such An Amazing Transformation?
I honestly didn’t think it was going to get as much hype as it has. I just started the journey to better myself and get a better body than I had before my son, and I am extremely thankful for all of the motivation and inspiration it has brought others. Of course I feel amazing, and that photo is a reminder of how far I have come, and it reminds me that anything really is possible. If you had told me I would be that before and after, I would have never of believed you. I am really thankful for all the people who use it as their own motivation.
