  • Staying motivated to lose weight seems to be the hardest task in the world. I commend you guys for the commitment and hard work to motivate people like me who will lose 10 lbs. and stop when I know I need to lose a 100 lbs. Please pray for me.

  • True. People say it’s a simple formula, eat less 80%, move more 20%. That works if your not a food addict. For food addicts, it’s 99% mental first, the rest is nothing. It’s the psychological that makes you want to eat that delicious pizza hut when you are not hungry at all and it’s the mental that also keeps you from eating that pizza hut when your not hungry.
